Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site. We will however aim to keep any period of time without access to our site to an absolute minimum.
We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to refuse and prevent participation in our site.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Company owns all the intellectual property rights in our site and material on our site except where indicated otherwise on our site or in the case of names and trademarks of others which will be deemed to be owned by them.
You may view, download and print off one copy of any pages from our site for your own personal use.

Registered Users are given an ID and password to gain access to certain areas of the website or services with the agreement that these will be kept confidential. The Company may disable an ID and password at its sole discretion.

The Company reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to our site, or stored on its servers, or hosted or published upon our site.

The Company aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
The Company will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information on our site, but does not warrant its completeness, availability or accuracy. The Company exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our site and the use of our site to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The plans, views, thoughts, and opinions expressed by presenters at meetings that we organize belong solely to the presenters. The Company does not support or promote the research presented, we simply provide an open forum for discussion.
If you breach these Terms, the Company may take such action as it deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending, prohibiting or blocking your access or bringing court proceedings against you.
The Company may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without notifying you or obtaining your consent. You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
These Terms may be revised from time to time. You are expected to check this page to take notice of any changes.
If a provision of these Terms is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
